Muslims Celebrate the Feast of Sacrifice

Eid al-Adha, also known as the Feast of Sacrifice, will be celebrated in Morocco on Monday, 17th June 2024. The date is determined by the sighting of the new moon, and Muslims around the world will come together to celebrate the holiday. Eid al-Adha commemorates the sacrifice made by the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) when he was asked by Allah to sacrifice his son, Ismail (Ishmael).
